想在TI官网上面下载CCS5.3软件，可是无法下载成功。

在ccs 软件下载界面http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS 选择了CCS5.3  off -lin win 版，打开CCS5.3界面弹出需要等如账号

登入账号填写了申请单，邮件收到了ti的软件邮件如下

等了几个小时点开链接可是还是不能下载，请问我这么操作有问题？

如何操作才能下载到CCS5.3呢，求帮助。。。。。。
