Matrix and Vector部分已包含在浮点库中，文档C28x Floating Point Unit DSP Library USER’S GUIDE中有描述：C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\dsp\FPU\v131\doc，代码在C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\dsp\FPU\v131\source\C28x_FPU_LIB。
