WIN7+CCS V8下如何更新生效CGT？

测试F280025 controlCard，导入example时提示需要安装CGT18.12.1，然后在CCS V8 help\instal cgt更新安装，

重启，查看可用的编译器，发现仍找不到新安装的这个版本：

路径已经添加（实际上本来就在CCS安装目录下的compiler文件夹），apply，refresh，重启CCS，重启电脑，均无效。

这个要怎么弄才能生效？
