我在使用TMS320f28335在烧录程序时总是提示低时钟频率进入低功耗状态，然后就不能烧录程序了，不知为啥原因
应该是你在CCS烧录程序中的器件工作频率没有设定正确。
1. 请检查给F28335供电芯片的电流输出能力足够，特别是3.3v的输出能力，最好在1.5A以上，因为Flash烧写需要消耗电流。
2. 请检查您的时钟芯片没有问题。
