使用F28M35X设备，在配置平台（platform）时，只能选用BIOS自带的评估板的平台配置文件，用户自己建的平台配置文件编译时一直有问题，是否只能用系统自带的，而且无法修改?
我想要修改platform中设备的时钟频率，所以要自建一个平台配置文件。
