CCS 版本是 v7.4.0，compiler 版本是TI 18.12.1.LTS。在连接器件，debug时出现这个问题：

Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).

先在GUI Composer上连接成功
断开了网站的连接后，转为用 CCS 连接，会出现如下问题
点击了更新之后，就会出 2131 问题了
