大家好 想和大家讨论下关于电机相电流采集方案的问题

系统中使用LEM电流传感器采集电机相电流,LEM传感器输出的模拟信号我目前是用28335的片上ADC进行采集的。

今天参加了一个TI线上研讨会,咨询了一下,工程师说片上ADC性能是要差一些的,可以用如ADS7250(SAR型 ADC、双路、750 kSPS、12 位、同步采样)同步采集两相电流做FOC控制。

这个我也理解。

通常大家可能也是用FPGA控外部ADC做采集来实现FOC的多一些吧

不过,一般是在Timer周期中断时刻启动转换,在ADC转换完成中断中做FOC算法处理,这样用片上ADC应该会方便一些

如果是C2000系列控制外部ADC,会占用SPI资源和一些控制器的执行时间;如果用外部FPGA做采样控制,一是需要FPGA开发人员介入,二是要在FPGA和C2000之间做交互。

我想请问大家的是:

1.电机系统中原本噪声就很较大,在做FOC时,我们需要设计很高精度的相电流采集电路吗?设计多高精度能满足要求呢?

2.大家遇到过怎样的由于C2000片上ADC采集相电流不准确导致FOC控制出现问题呢?

    It is true that the noise is heavy. Precision in current acquisition is a long signal chain issue. Starting from sense resistor, or any inline sensor, followed by analog circuits and components, to timing of sampling instance and length of sampling (window). In general, current sensing should be precise for better torque control. So it is always a good idea to improvise on the sensing hardware. However, that alone does not make it better. You have to ensure to sample the sensed signal when the inverter is not switching so that there is no switching noise or ground jitters at the time of sampling. Besides, you have to ensure there is sufficient sampling window for the internal hold cap to capture the signal being sampled. This will require the sensing circuit to provide low source resistance to the S/H cap to charge it faster. Hope it helps.
