该芯片工作电压超出额定电压或最大电压多长时间才会损坏芯片，比如正常3.3V，偶然电源受到干扰，瞬间为8V，持续时间为2us，这种情况下会不会烧毁芯片
很明确地告诉你，8V电压已经超过限制电压3.465V很多了，手册没有这方面的介绍。
这么高的电压本身也是禁止接到芯片上的，禁止的情况自然也不会有这方面的数据。
