自己写的非常简单的点亮LED程序，在购买的28069开发板上可以正常运行。但是在自己做的28069板子上就出现：Break at address "0x3ff4fa" with no debug information available, or outside of program code这个问题，检查了板子的供电，仿真器接口端的电压都是正常的，但始终出现这个错误，不知是不是因为某些配置的问题。
