你好，可以看一下芯片datasheet第94页的7.9.7.3 Flash Parameters at 150-MHz SYSCLKOUT，里面有介绍flash扇区的擦除时间。
但是这个时间也不是完全按照表格那样固定的，有些芯片或者仿真器等等的就是擦写起来很慢，可以说是不明原因地擦写很慢
