TMS320F28377S: 工程文件烧写到dsp中后不执行SCI中断，但ADC中断正常，

TMS320F28377S: 在编译程序时必须把workspace放在C盘TI目录下，且不能修改工程文件夹的名字，否则通信不上 程序运行会出错误。

workspace10是从别人电脑复制过来的工程，里边的程序可以正常运行；

workspace10_3直接复制了workspace10的文件夹，只是更改了名字，但里边的程序编译了不报错，烧写进去之后不能通信。

两个文件夹是同样的程序。
