TMS320F2812: TMS320F2812 烧写问题

TMS320F2812焊接之后有50%的芯片无法烧录程序，烧写视频如下

目前进行了以下操作：

• 连接芯片，然后在debug模式下，CCS >Tools>On-Chip Flash在on-chip-flash中尝试单独擦除Flash，擦除失败；
• 线路板的外部回路也进行了测试，电压都是对的，同时也更换了晶振，基本上排除了外围，就只剩芯片了；
• 买新的仿真器，升级ccs10.2；
• 问题的芯片在烧录程序时统一报错为如下内容：

C28xx:：Error occurred during flash operation: Timed out waiting for target to halt while executing FlashAPllnterface2812V2_10.out

 C28xx:：Error occurred durina flash operation: Timed out waitina for taraet to halt while executina FlashAPlnterface2812V2 10.out

C28xx：Flash operation timed out waiting for the algorithm to complete. Operation cancelled

C28xx:：File Loader: Memory write failed: Unknown error

请问遇到这种问题接下来我应该如何解决？谢谢
