如题，开始未去掉看门狗电路仿真器连不上DSP，意思到问题并去掉看门狗电路后仿真器连DSP报错：C28xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -233 @ 0x0) The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken.
