因为您使用的程序中没有专门为其分配memory。可能因为ADC采集到的数据比较多，所以为其专门分配了存储空间；
Inver 说：FLASHD1好像并没有使用，那么它能否和RAMM0，RAMM1以及DRAML0合并使用？
在逻辑层面上是可以的。
