F28M36P63C2: 烧写M3部分时，有bootloader和app两部分，但是一部分会被另一部分覆盖

您好，

我基于CCS12烧写F28M36P63C2的工程时，M3程序由两部分组成：一部分是bootloader，在M-N区；另一部分是app，在A-L区。这两部分要分别烧写，在烧写完app程序后，再烧写bootloader程序，app的程序会被擦除，这是为什么？

要注意的是，在烧写程序的时候，我都选择了相应的擦写扇区，如下图所示：
