28069内部参考电压

你好，我想请问下，关于28069内部参考电压的问题，由于稳压电路的原因，输入到28069的3.3V实际可能低于3.3V，大概在3.294V左右，想请问下，如果还是采用内部参考电压，具体得到的参考值为多少。我用AD采样的和外部示波器等测量的有一定的误差，采样的值偏高了，是不是内部的参考电压不是3.3V了。谢谢。
