设置波特率时，都有一个ideal Baud 和Actual Baud，比如9600时，实际是9606，有6%的误差；如果我设置成2M波特率时，实际波特率及误差是多少，请问这个怎样计算？
在SCI的User Guide中有计算公式。
请参考计算公式计算，当然，Baud Rate越高，误差越大。
