Error 0x80000200/-1041

F28335的板子在CCS V4环境下连XDS100 V2的仿真器，在点击connect的时候一直报错如下：
Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000200/-1041
Fatal Error during: OCS, 
Device driver: Problem with the Emulation Controller.
It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR.  This will disconnect each 
target from the emulator.  The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

报错好久了，一直不能解决，求大神指导！

    你连不上的情况是一开始就连不上，还是开始能连上突然不能连上了而且再也没能连上了，还是偶尔出现连不上的情况呢？

    偶尔连不上，有时候又会有用，上次在别人电脑上连上之后，回来在自己电脑上又有用了，不知道什么原理

    是偶尔连不上的话，可能是某一处的电压不稳定导致的，这个需要具体检查判断一下
