L1只能用作CLA Data RAM0，L2只能用作CLA Data RAM1，L3只能用作CLA Prog RAM吗，因为CLA没有用完空间L3，所以我想把L3拿来替换APP使用的L0，避免出现APP和BootLoader共用的情况，结果执行该函数InitFlash();时，直接跳非法中断，L3不能用作其他功能吗
