TMS320F28335: 有关cdefs.h文件报错

在做F28335+W5500以太网实验，编译程序出现了这个报错，如下图

意思就是我没有给这个宏定义值，所以这些表达式会报错，但是这个cdefs.h文件,我想问下是干嘛用的，因为搜了一下，没找到这个文件。而且比较离谱的事，我每次重新编译，就会生成新的cdefs.h文件。如下图

希望有知道的大佬帮忙解答一下，谢谢。
