GPiO和eqep配置如下，外设只接A和Z信号，A信号脉宽20us，Z信号脉宽200us，都是负脉冲，配置索引模式，Z信号到的时候位置计数器没有清零，是什么原因？对DSP复位后，z信号又重新起作用了
