TMS320F28335: ADC采样出现毛刺

我使用28335开发板采集0-2V，50Hz正弦波电压。使用Ti例程Example_2833xAdcSoc，将PWM频率即采样频率提升到20kHz，采样值保存在数组中再暂停用CCS中Graph观察，出现很大毛刺。而使用AD7606采样时Graph非常光滑。请问这是28335程序设置不对还是本身片内ADC精度不足造成。
