在使用CCS编写TI-RTOS的程序时一直出现  “C:/ti/xdctools_3_61_02_27_core/packages/xdc/bld/xdc_rules.mak:307: *** Error: Specified build configuration file '' is not found.Stop.”的报错  这是为什么呢  无论是编译还是使用XGCONF编辑器 都会出现这个错误  一直解决不了
