每次加载out文件就出现这样的错误 Power Failure on Target CPU: Error 0x00001020/-1145 Error during: Execution, Target,  Unrecoverable emulation error

我用的是f28335的开发板，seed xds510plus仿真器，ccs3.3

    JTAG口的设计是不是有问题，就是用于检测目标板电压的那个引脚，你可以上电量一下电压，是不是3.3V，如果不是的话，就考虑目标板的硬件。如果是的话，你再换其他的仿真器试试。另外有的仿真器是把这个检测给短掉的，实在不行再用这个办法。
