一个以前的28034的板子做前期仿真调试用，板子确认是好的，以前板子都是用串口烧写的程序，本人在程序DSP280x_CSMPasswords.asm 中设置了密码，现在我自己连上一个JTAGE接口及其电路，用CCS5.2 编译器烧写不进去程序（编译器一直显示Launcning 100%)，但经过Test connection 后显示 连接正常：

尝试过用CCS3.3+xds1000 v1.0 连接，显示也是连接不上。提示我RESET EMULATOR，复位后仍然连不上
不知道会不会是芯片内部密码的原因还是因为外接JTAG电路有问题。

我尝试这样做了，最后点击Debug. 上电后TDO 低电平， 还是一直Launching ... 100%，期间TDO 一直高电平
开始使用Test connection 显示

能够说明仿真器接口电路是好的吗？
向我这种情况该如何定位问题所在呢，昨天重新焊接几个这样接口都是一样的结果
