你好，可以用程序操作片内Flash，TI提供有flash api由于片内flash的操作。
请在以下地址下载并安装controlsuite：http://www.ti.com/tool/controlsuite，在安装后的路径：C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\utilities\flash_api\2833x 下可以找到。
