- 芯片型号：TMS320F28335ZJZA （BGA-176）
- 烧录器型号：XDS100PLUS DSP V2（如下图所示）问题现象：

同一批次板卡烧写程序会出现个别芯片烧写不进去程序的现象，如50PCS中出现2~3PCS。具体报错内容如下文字所示：

Error connecting to the target: (Error -1015 @ 0x0) Device is not responding to the request. Device may be locked, or the debug probe connection may be unreliable. Unlock the device if possible (e.g. use wait in reset mode, and power-cycle the board). If error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.8.0.00235)

问题内部排查
①供电采取3.3V电压供电，示波器查看3.3V电源上下电平缓未出现电压瞬间尖峰电压。
②对烧录芯片所需用到的5个信号（TDO、TCK、TMS、TDI、TRST）引脚进行了排查，引脚对GND阻抗未发现异常，引脚对GND导通电压未发现异常。
