可以但是最好使用共阳极的方式，让MCU 的IO工作在拉电流方式，同时注意限流电阻最好大一点，MCU的电流承载能力很弱，单个IO不能超过6mA，整体不超过40mA（拉电流）

如果要控制BTL003的话，最少都需要16个IO，LaunchPad的IO最多也是16个，理论上讲是可行的。但是，这时候SBW接口和IO口复用，要考虑信号冲突的问题。
如果是拿来学习的话，可以尝试做做。
实际的项目的话，建议采用IO口多的芯片来做。
