当我运行CCS 11.0.0.00012安装程序时，无法安装MSP430或MSP432组件，报错只能退出。
报错信息如下：

The application will exit now.
但是C2000组件是可以正常安装完成的。我的操作系统为Windows 11 专业版 Insider Preview Dev 22509.1011，在重装系统之前，这个安装文件是能够正常在之前的Windows 11上安装MSP430或MSP432组件的。
