MSP430上的RTC分为以下三种，关于是否需要外接晶振请参考input clocks那行。当接32768Hz的晶体时，可以不接外部电容，因为MSP430内部设计有电容，可直接使用。

1、RTC可以使用外部32.768khz晶振，也可以使用内部的32.768khz振荡器。负载电容可以使用外部的也可以使用内部的。
2、精度要求取决于应用对于精度的要求。
好像精度很低的样子
RTC的精度，仅与时钟源的精度有关系。
一般不需要，430自身的晶振精度也有5个ppm的。
