LP-MSPM0G3507: out-of-box website could not connect to the device

I‘ve tried on  Edge and chorme.  Both showed the same issue,  Error -260@0x0.

     Error -260 0x0 对应报错提示是 Error initializing Emulator吧， 

     XDS110没有初始化成功，大概率和USB供电能力有关。

     建议换个USB口试一下，另外也可使用外部电源单独给板子供电。

I've  tried other USB port, nothing changed.

I could find this device in Device Manager, and I could download programmes  into lauch pad through keil.  

I just couldnn't  connect the device in this out-of-box website

       用外接电源试一下，USB可识别不确保板载MCU能工作。MCU下载过其他程序可正常工作吗？

       示波器监测一下串口是否有数据。
