新购买的msp gang 无法使用，显示存在352问题。hex文件无法导入，erase project也无法执行。
PC端的msp gang programmer软件版本是1.03.09，是TI官网最新的版本。
我们另外还有几个msp gang，都是可用的，只有这个SN号为1412-2289的不行。
