TM4C123x的库函数是默认不能使用浮点打印的，要想使用浮点打印，必须进行下面的配置
补充下，在MDK的环境下，使用串口中的usartprintf是不能使用浮点打印的。要想使用浮点输出，估计要重定向c语言中的printf函数了。
