 尊敬的站内成员：

     Ti-RTOS下TM4C1294NCPDT的tcpEcho例程连接不上客户端，一直阻塞在accept，将TM4C的IP设为静态IP：192.168.1.100，端口号：1000，TM4C可以和PC机ping通，但利用网口调试助手建立客户端，连接服务器端（TM4C），一直连接不上，而且通过cmd查看PC端的TCP连接情况显示：SYN_SENT，但是服务器端并没有ACK，说明并没有建立起来三次握手，请帮忙找可能原因，谢谢！

note：UDP例程按照类似思路已经测试通过，不知道进行tcp例程时需要什么设置？
