这个界面只有在新建syscfg文件才会出来，才能选择SDK和Device，如果选错了，后来又想要修改这里，怎么办？好像每次再打开都不会进入到这个界面了。

没有其他文档了，都是图形化操作。
文档第7页“Figure 3-1”中三个参数更新即可。
