CCS里的数组，怎样保存，然后在matlab里被运用？

已经写好一个数组，但是数组里边的数据要怎么保存？

我用的是CCS5.5，看到网上有的说到file---->date---->save,可是我没有找到file里有date选项啊？

因为需要将数据导入matlab里进行测算。

如果社区里有研究过怎么在实际中测算下图这个的，求帮助~！！之前没有学过这个，完全没有思路该怎样计算现实中欠阻尼的调节时间。
