From a best practice standpoint, will it be good to provide GVDD/ VDD first and then bring up the PVDD?

Regardless of the power up/down sequence，will the one that powers on first charge the one that powers on later between GVDD/VDD and PVDD ?

Is there any adverse effect if the PVDD power supply is always on, and the GVDD/VDD power supply is turned on when needed？
