原理图如上，遇到一些问题求帮助
一：nfault引脚输出电压4.7V、vref引脚电压7V多，这个是芯片挂掉了吗
二：nfault、veref电压正常，VM24V，EN给高电平，PH改变电平、H桥未做出相应变化
对于您的问题， 我有些困惑
1. 这绝对不正常。基于 4.8V 的 VREF 分压器，VREF 怎么可能 > 7V？VREF 是我们器件的输入。
2. 如果条#1 的描述确实存在，芯片可能会损坏。
应检查 AVDD 和 DVDD 的正常电压，因为这些引脚是我们器件中的内部稳压器。如果这个电压不正常，则说明有东西损坏。
