PWMG_CTRL：PWM_OSC_SYNC=010b；PWMCNTR_MODE=0；PWM_EN=1b；
在 PWM_SYNC、OUTA、OUTB 和 OUTC 中获得的波形如下
但是根据手册PWM_SYNC下降沿时 OUTA为低电平 实际是高电平 WHY？
