DRV8214EVM: GUI VM read wrong value

Hi team,

when I test DRV8214EVM, I connect 10V input to J8.

I utilized a multimeter to test the voltage between VSUP and VM and GND at 10V.

But, I read VM is 5.7V at GUI.

How do I use the GUI to read accurate data?
