可以从以下方面排查一下：
EN（使能）引脚是否对地短路，测量EN引脚电压。
测量IN引脚对地的电压，确保稳压源电压确实加到了芯片引脚上。
检查芯片各引脚的焊接情况，是否有虚焊、短路等。
经测试，EN脚没有对地短路，电压为10.2V。但LDSTRT、dVdt、Imon等管脚均测量不到电压
在去掉dvdt的对地电容，并把LDSTRT接地后，在ITIMER测得2.5V电压，仍无输出
