我在使用fpga驱动tlc5954的过程中遇到了问题。
通过fpga引出四个引脚分别连接到tlc5954的sin，lat，sclk，blank，其中blank始终拉低。
输入的sin分别为49'h1_9600_00ff_ffff, 49'h0_ffff_ffff_ffff。
可以观察到sout有输出且与sin一致，但outb15-outr0 48个引脚均为发生电压变化，这是什么原因呢
