BQ24610充电曲线不正常

1、原理图和官方手册上的一样。

2、系统测带28V，1.4A的纯阻性负载

3、电池包是6S2P，6800MAH的电池包，电池设定恒流段的电流是3A。

问题：如下图所示，恒流段的电流始终在缓慢下降，不明原因，同样环境下测试EVM板未发现此问题，求了解从何处入手处理这个问题
