利用Power Model产生负压

1、如何在实际应用中利用Power Model 产生负压？

      目前的想法是用两个电源串接的方法产生负压，如下图所示，请问还有没有其他更好的办法？

      

2、目前需要12V----0.4V 的Power Model，但是在TI上已经查过，最小只能转换到0.5V，请问有没有什么办法可以做到0.4V？
