BQ25185:BQ25185 Solar Energy Management

Part Number: BQ25185

Hello, I connected a 5V DC power supply to the VIN_sloar interface, but the test output voltage did not show either. However, I only connected this one interface, and the lithium battery was not connected to VBAT. Do both interfaces need to be connected for the chip to work, or is there a problem with my connection? I look forward to your reply.

Okay, I connected a 5V DC power supply to the VIN_solar interface and a 3.7V lithium battery to the VBAT interface. Measuring the SYS output voltage shows 3.7V instead of the set 4.5V. Doesn't this indicate that it is still the lithium battery discharging rather than the DC power supply acting? Why is that? My schematic also has no issues. What should I do? Looking forward to your reply.
