Thank you, if I disable EN/UVLO and OV functions, will the phenomenon still exist?

 how to  disable the EN/UVLO :OV function ,the EN/UVLO through the 470K pull up to the Vbat and the OV connect to the GND

I see this is same issue as Peter Xu ticket. Lets keep to one ticket please. 

The EN/UVLO needs to be connected to separate source than VBATT as the VBATT is what the transients will be coming from. Just use standard 3.3V supply and connect OV to GND. 

If issue persists respond to the other E2E please.

i also want to confirm another question about the tps1200 as the below show:

1.  if  i add a 47K resistor in PD and SRC PIN what will effect on consumption ? 

2. the INP=High，the PD voltage 20V ,the FLT/GD=LoW, the /FLT=low  ，Under what circumstances does TPS1200 exhibit this kind of state?
