问题：
输入电压 VIn：20--40v之间时，输出13.4v时，无论是负载为轻载上电（Iout = 0.1A） 和重再上电（Iout = 1A） 都没有问题。
当输入电压 VIn 为58v时， 输出13.4v，无论轻载和重载，只要上电重复1--3次，管子就烧坏。现象 17 和 18 和 19 sw 端和 Gnd 端短路了！

我把lm5005从pcb板上卸下来后，1脚vcc 和 17、18 、19脚短路！
怎么没有Ti的工作人员解释呢？
