附件为TPS53640A芯片手册以及仿真器读出的相应寄存器的值。

生产出来的板卡，该电源有时候加电的时候并不输出，同时读出了输出时候的寄存器以及不输出时候的寄存器值，在表格中有记录。

想请相应的工程师帮忙看看是什么问题引起的？
