上传计算chem id得到报告出现Warning，有以下三个问题
1：Best chemical ID max. deviation, % : 4.09 超过3%，是不是有问题，怎么解决
2：出现警告：Warning: Deviation is above recommended level. New chem ID needs to be released for this cell. Please contact your TI representative to send the cell to Dallas for characterization是什么意思
3：出现警告：Warning: Generic ID Deviation is so high that it is most likely due to anomaly in the data. Please check that data files have recomended format, units and test schedule是什么意思
4：出现警告：Warning: current in A detected divider changed to 1是什么意思
