TPS54360DDA 发热，掉电问题

新作了一块板子，使用 TPS54360DDA 作为入口电源模块，输入范围 5 ~ 50V，输出 3.3V。

现在板子发热比较严重，并且比较频繁的掉电，导致板子上的 FPGA和DSP不断重启了（这个我能看到FPGA在重新加载程序）。

相咨询这颗芯片需要有哪些特别注意的地方。
